Sophia Martinez had three rules for surviving corporate life: work harder than everyone else, never mix business with pleasure, and absolutely never fall for a colleague. She'd built her reputation as the youngest marketing director in her company's history by following these rules religiously.

Alex walked into the Monday morning meeting with the kind of confidence that came from knowing exactly who you were and what you brought to the table. His portfolio spoke for itself—award-winning campaigns, innovative strategies, a track record that made even Sophia's impressive resume look modest. But it was the way he listened during the presentation, really listened, that caught her attention.
"I have some thoughts on the Morrison account," he said when their CEO asked for input. "But I'd like to hear from the team first. Especially from marketing. I believe the best creative comes from collaboration, not competition."
